This photo set from the Kookai Fashion Show (taken during London Fashion Week) is a particularly good example of location photography as the staging and lighting is not in control of the photographer. It also shows the difficulty that location photography presents as the various models that are onstage get up and move across the stage, meaning that the photographer would have to use a higher shutter speed in order to capture the movements without making the models blurred.
This is a very interesting fashionshow layout. Everything is dark, the only light is the runway which is made of LED lights. The only thing one can see is literally just the pieces of the collection. I'd showcase a films costumes this way for a sci-fi adventure movie.
