How to Clean Eggs: *Do NOT submerge eggs into water, esp not cold water. This causes bacteria. Also, unwashed eggs have a natural antibacterial coating called bloom. If possible, dry clean your eggs w/ sponge, to preserve most of the bloom. If they must be washed, rinse w/ water (use water that's warmer than the egg temperature-medium warmth, not hot, but not tepid, either) Rinse with water, wipe w/ paper towel, then sanitize with bleach & water sanitizing spray.
