Croque Monsieur Bake

We love this recipe from Nigella Lawson of Croque Monsieur bake (we think it would be particularly good with Barley & Oat Vogel's) - its made the night before and chilled to allow the mustardy ham and gruyere sandwiches to soak in the eggs - melding into one savoury, gooey pudding overnight. The next morning goes as follows: oven on, egg-and-bread dish in; brunch effortlessly served!
