I did this one summer and it actually works amazingly. I didn't even finish up the whole 5 weeks but I lost 5lbs of fat and got nice lean muscle. The first week will be most difficult but once you get going you'll be glad. Just make sure that you really watch what you eat. Lots of chicken/lean meats and fruits/vegetables/water. You will like the results.
This is what I remember the backstreets of a Greek sea-faring island I went to when I was seventeen. It was so quaint there. I remember there were little shops with sponges hanging up the walls. It was magical. Also, the streets below the acropolis were just like this too. So whimsical. #greece
