My friend from Sri Lanka taught me many years ago to add a few eggs to the uncooked rice in a rice cooker. When the rice is done you have hard-boiled eggs to go with the meal or to save for another time. Just wash the eggs before putting them with the rice and run them in cold water when you are done. Not a good idea for decorating eggs though. :)
(This was delicious! I tried it grilled with regular buffalo sauce, and the amount of heat was perfect for me) All Purpose Buffalo Chicken is SO juicy and flavorful from the easy marinade and is a meal all by itself or instantly transforms salads, sandwiches, wraps, tacos, etc into the most flavor bursting meal EVER! I love having this chicken on hand!
