COCKTAIL SAUCE -- 3oz. tomato paste -- 2 T. lemon juice -- 1T. apple cider vinegar -- 1 t. hot sauce -- 1/8 t. of horseradish -- Dash of mustard powder -- Stevia to taste -- Salt and pepper to taste -- Water as needed for desired consistency. Mix tomato paste, vinegar, horseradish, lemon juice and spices together and allow spices to marinate and dipping sauce to chill. Add additional water as needed to create desired consistency.

Cut apple into 1/2 inch size pieces. Toss the apple pieces with cinnamon, place in a small, oven-safe dish. Pour the water into the bottom of dish. Place in oven for 15min. While the apple is in the oven, mix grissini powder, stevia, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Once the apple is done, top with this mixture
