Basic Waffles - this is one of the best recipes I've ever found for waffles. To make them even fluffier, separate the egg yolks and whites and whisk the whites till they're frothy. Add them back into the mixture, and you'll be blown away by how perfect these waffles are.
Belgian waffles - best recipe I have used so far. Yields 5 servings. Add up to 1/4 cup sugar if you like it sweetened. (I made extra to freeze, and after reheating in the toaster, these are still great! You will never go back to premade waffles!)
