Vertical Pear Salad  4 pears  2-3 c watercress  1/2 c toasted pecans  1/4 c crumbled blue cheese  vinaigrette dressing  honey  lemon juice    Cut pears horizontally into 3 or 4 slices depending on size. Cut out the cores so the pieces look like O's. Leave stem on top piece. Brush slices with lemon juice to keep from browning.  Toss watercress, pecans & blue cheese with dressing.
