It's ‪#‎WellnessWednesday‬ and I have a challenge for you!  Turn off from work, cell phone, email from 5-7pm (or 6-8pm) and use that time to REALLY connect with your kids, even if they are at the age you think they are over you (actually, specially if they are at that age).  Cook with them, chat about their day, or just be a quiet companion... I have strawberries on my mind, so I am hoping my kids want to make something that goes with strawberries!
