Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding | *MADE* this is pretty good! I used mostly almond milk with a little full fat coconut milk (like less than 1/4c) for some richness. It was good! Almost like eating overnight oats. If I wasn't on Whole30 I would totally add some maple syrup!!
PALEO Jalapeño Chicken Burgers with Guacamole - Used 1 pound ground chicken and 1/2'd everything else (except used 1 whole jalapeño). Grilled on grill plate cuz super soft. Could even add more heat spice. Keeper!
