Made these for a party recently, everyone loved them. I used balsamic vinegar instead of lemon. So good! Bonus: so simple to prepare & serve.

Ingredientes: 1/2 cucharada de salsa de pimienta roja (Harissa) 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva 2 cucharadas de vinagre balsámico 1 cucharadita de orégano seco 8 oz de portobello  Deje marinar por 30 minutos.  Precaliente el horno a 350 grados Fahrenheit o Precaliente la parrilla, si la parrilla.  Pase los champiñones en pinchos de bambú previamente remojados. Asarlos en el horno durante 10-12 minutos, o en la parrilla, a 5 minutos por cada lado.
