Coconut Yogurt with Berries (single serve)  ½ cup (100 ml) coconut cream 1 oz. (20 g) strawberries, raspberries or blueberries A pinch vanilla powder or extract.  Mix together with a stick blender. You can also add 1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to increase the fat ratio.
