The trough had fallen into disrepair after many years. when we lifted it the base collapsed, it was at the end of its life

Water trough that was converted to a fountain. It was in a poor state of repair with bad cracks in the base when we were asked to look at it for repair. You can see a large crack in the base in this photo

The legs had numerous poor repairs done over the years,one was even filled with lead, we repaired all these including replacing missing sections of cast iron and hand die grinding the design back

The new base was fabricated from mild steel and hot dip galvanised
