Keep in mind you have to let the cucumbers and onions soak for 1-3 hours then chill, so plan accordingly. I halved the recipe to make sure i liked it so i recommend the same to you.

Picnic Marinated Summer Slaw, I halved the dressing and had not cucumber.  This was delicious!!  Be sure to let the dressing cool before adding to the salad.
