V's note: This was a good workout, but definitely not HIIT. Parts of it were too easy (walking for 4 minutes, even at a steep incline?) and parts were too hard (I lowered the running intervals by 10 seconds - those were the only true HIITs).

I skipped the warmup and did all the 6.0 runs at 6.1 the second round and at 6.2 the third round and it took me 37:30. Great interval run!
