حبيت اشارككم بوصفة ورق عنب على طريقتي الفلسطينية كتير طيبة و زاكية اولا اسلقي ورق العنب شوي بالمي و طلعيه و بعدين انقعي رز مصري لمدة ساعة بعد النقع : ضعي فلفل اسود و بهار مشكل و ملح و ورشة زيت زيتون و شوية سمنة على الرز المنقوع و اخلطيه منيح في ناس كمان بتحط نعنع مفروم مع الرز .. انا جربت و ما عجبني بالمرة لانو بغير كل نكهة الاكل .. بدونه اطيب بعدين ابدأي بلف ورق العنب ..... و لا تكثري من الحشو داخل الورق لانو رح يضل الرز يابس اذا كانت الحشوة كتيرة بعد الانتهاء احضري الطنجرة اللي رح تطبخي…
