Lemon Roasted Fingerlings and Brussels Sprouts-425°-1 lb fingerling potatoes halved, 1 lb Brussels sprouts in greased 15x10-in baking pan. Drizzle 2 T olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss to coat. Roast 20-25 min til tender, stir once.  Whisk 3T lemon juice,1 clove garlic, 1 t dijonmustard, 1 t honey, ½ t salt,4 T oil. Drizzle w/ vinaigrette.toss to coat. Serve warm. Serves 8.
