Cheese Ball 3/8oz soft cream cheese, 4c shredded Cheddar cheese 2Tbs basil pesto 1Tbs onion 1/4tsp yellow mustard 2 drops hotsauce Mix all cheeses; divide 3 equal parts mix in pesto, onion, mustard hotsauce Cover refridgerate til firm to shape into 3 balls. Wrap each ball &freeze abt 12hrs before serving, Thaw in wrappers in fridge. Arrange balls on plate with smaller ball on top for head. Decorate as desired. Serve with crackers. Store covered in refrigerator
How clever! Just cut a cream cheese block on the diagonal to have the pieces to make a tree shape. Then add some bell pepper decorations and some pepper jelly (and Wheat Thins of course), and you have an awesomely cute appetizer!
