Jalapeño and Cilantro Margarita: For those of you who have seen my recipes on here, it is of no surprise that I love this margarita! I wish I could say I came up with it myself but I didn’t. This is a special garden cocktail from the Medlock Ames Tasting Room and Alexander Valley Bar. I visited the area (again) while driving a Chevy Volt around California touring sustainable farms and food producers.
White Walker: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour white chocolate liqueur halfway up the glass. Fill the rest of the glass up with vanilla cream soda. Slowly and gently pour a spoonful of blue curaçao over the top (drink should look layered: light blue on top with white below). I recommend enjoying this cocktail with a straw.
