Perception: the ability to be aware of the things around us through our five senses (hear, feel, sense, touch and taste). Our perception of reality is influenced by others around us.

Follow the directions on the worksheet and take a look at the positive thoughts you colour in. Practice saying these thoughts daily and you will soon realize how beautiful you feel, like these flowers!
