Swap most of the mayo for yogurt and crème frâiche and cut the fat of classic new potato salad by almost two thirds

Clean eating Greek side salad!!! Just created this with 1 c rice cooked in chicken broth, 1/2 med onion sautéed in non-stick cooking spray and heated with 1-15oz drained can of garbanzo beans. Once tossed and cooled 1/4 c feta and 2 tbsp greek dressing. ReToss and ENJOY!
