#sweetsaturday was oh so sweet. A Saturday afternoon baking with my Xavier. Super simple and kid friendly baking with this 2 ingredient gf lemon curd donut recipe. Enjoy #schoolholidays
    Lemon Curd Donuts - GF
      Makes 6-7
        350g x pancake mix - gluten free
        • 60g lemon curd
        • Garnish:
        Lemon curd, rose petals and dried lemon slices
          Need: Non stick, standard size donut tray.
            • 1. Preheat oven to 180C. Make pancake pre mix as per packet instructions.
            • 2. Pour enough pancake mix to cover the base of each donut hole.
            • 3. Evenly spread the lemon curd into each donut hole, on top of the pancake mix.
            • 4. Cover the lemon curd with the remaining pancake mix. Leave approx 2mm from the top of the donut holes.
            • 5. Bake on 180C for 20 minutes.
            • 6. Let the donuts cool for 5-10mins before twisting and turning them out. Present upside down with extra lemon curd, rose petals and dried lemon slices. Serve warm.
