Woke up and got a little cardio and ab workout in to start this Saturday off right! When I know I'm going to have a busy day I make myself get out of the warm bed and get moving because if I put it off I know it won't happen!

If having a place to work out is an issue just head to a park and made that work for you! Today the sun was out and I wanted to go play so I went to a park did some squat jumps on the stairs, got some sprints in, push ups and of course ended with some cart wheels because why not!
I've been a little MIA since yesterday cause I had to take a huge test then I got right in the car to come visit my parents! Started today off with a fantastic yoga workout! I always forget how much I love yoga! After starting a new program I was pretty tight so this really helped get me stretched out and ready to move on! Not only does yoga help you loosen up and become more flexible, it's also a great core workout! I plan on doing yoga a lot more regularly! Where are my yoga lovers at???
I have been feeling sore and tight all week so today I switched it up and did yoga this morning! Boy have I missed yoga:) I finished the day with an intense leg workout but that would not have been doable without a good morning yoga sesh to get all stretched out! Where are my yoga lovers at?
