Curry Chicken Thighs -easy to cook. Stocked my freezer for future lunches. Just take it out the night before, warm it up in a frying pan in the morning and put in a thermos.  Recipe: 3 Tbsp liquid honey 1 Tbsp Dijon 1 Tbsp Butter or coconut oil 1 tsp curry powder 1 clove garlic minced 8 thighs or more (thriftys has boneless organic)  350 8 by 8 pan cover with foil bake 20 covered bake 20 minutes uncovered might need an extra 15 min pour liquid off into sauce pan for 5-10 min
