Homemade vegan strawberry ice cream! In a powerful blender (Vitamix or Blendtec), add 1/2 cup coconut creamer (or french vanilla), 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup cabbage, 2 T raw sugar, and 3 cups frozen strawberries. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Don't be fooled by the veggies. You can't taste them. My son asked for seconds. Delicious and healthy!
