Southwest Egg rolls...sooo delicious! I did some serious modifying of this recipe to suit my pantry but it was delicious! I used egg roll wrappers from the produce department, skipped the chicken and served with guac - sooo good
Holly Jolly Egg Nog: Heat milk, cloves, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and cinnamon in a saucepan, until the mixture comes to a boil. In a large bowl, combine egg yolks & sugar & whisk together until light and fluffy. Whisk hot milk mixture into the eggs. Pour mixture into saucepan. Cook stirring constantly until thick. Don't bring to a boil. Strain to remove cloves & let cool. Stir in Bourbon (optional), cream, remaining 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Garnish with fresh nutmeg & a pinch of cinnamon.
