Jan Grarup of Denmark, a photographer working for Laif Agency, has won the first prize in the Sports Features Stories category of the World Press Photo Contest 2013 with the series Women's Basketball, Mogadishu, Somalia. The picture shows an armed guard, paid by the Somali basketball association, watching over and protecting a women's basketball team as they play in Mogadishu, taken on February 21, 2012.
