1 lg. can red salmon 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 well beaten egg tsp. salt tsp. black pepper sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed Mix all ingredients together & form croquettes. Fry in small amount of olive oil on both sides until brown. Drain on paper towel.
Salmon Croquettes - Make white sauce by reserving a little oil in skillet, add 2 tablespoon flour and cup of milk. Heat and stir until thick. Remove from heat. Serve over patties with Ketchup and/or Tabasco Sauce
