La métropole Rouen Normandie, la région Normandie, l’État, la Caisse des dépôts et sa filiale Transdev ont conclu un partenariat public-privé pour expérimenter un service de transport à la demande avec des véhicules autonomes. La première phase de ce partenariat est conclue pour trois ans avec un budget de près de 10 millions d’euros.
