How to Make Flag Jorts:  1) Dip jean shorts in diluted bleach and leave hanging in bleach until the denim turns white. It's best to start with dark denim.  2) When dry, put in washer and dryer  3) Using fabric paint, tape, and a star stencil (I made my own), paint on stars and stripes on front and back  4) Let dry and enjoy!
