This is true to a point. In the VERY beginning of your journey just working out should yield some pretty nice results as long as you have a caloric deficit. When you reach a certain point in your journey, you will see better results while eating clean.
This site says it suffocates your organs, and that every ten pounds of fat you lose takes forty pounds of pressure off your knees. I don't know if it's true, it is a blog. But it does help motivate when people tell you you don't need to work out because your body is "fine" or you "look good" ... That isn't why I wanna do it.
