That night, Donald Rumsfeld entered the dinner party. He spent many years questioning the things somebody ought to know and the things somebody did not know. Before leaving, Donald turned to a small group and finished his famous "Known Knowns" quota by adding a final comment: "There are the unknowns knowns. That is to say, there are the things somebody ought not know, but somebody might try to find out anyways because he or she might feel  knowing is worse than not knowing."
