Beginning with a quick hi/lo warm-up you will get your muscles warm and ready for strength training in the first 4 min. Then moving on the strength training you will alternate between the upper and lower body, then finishing out with a relaxing stretch.    Equipment needed: Mat or towel to lay on, optional chair, and 3 sets of weights including 3lb., 5 lb., and 8 lb. dumbbells.    38 min.
