oh...my....word....   this is sooooo good.  I didn't deep fry the meat (and I used beef stir fry meat), I just coated it in the corn starch and cooked it in some olive oil.  I also only used half the amount of soy sauce it called for, and only 1/2 c. of brown sugar.  Served with steamed broccoli and rice.  You must try it!!  PF Chang's Mongolian Beef Copy Cat Recipe.
