Easy International Delight® Macaroons 1 (14 oz) bag sweetened flaked coconut 2 egg whites ½ cup (8 International Delight® French Vanilla coffee creamer 1 tsp. vanilla extract pinch salt Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray or line cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine coconut, egg whites, I.D., vanilla and salt. Stir until well combined. Drop batter by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Yield 3 dozen.
