And yet, I do make it through, I do have the strength, because the Spirit gives…

"Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit, for the common good." (1 Cor 12:4-7) Love how the #createdtocreate devotional asks how we can use our spiritual gifts to glorify God. It's something I spend a lot of time thinking about. I took a spiritual gifts survey a couple years…

At its most basic level, the sun is what sustains all life on earth. Isaiah 60 tells us…

All this month on the @illustratedfaith message boards, they're running a series of challenges to illustrate the Psalms. This week @brianamiller8693 is leading a challenge to illustrate Psalm 86. Go to illustratedfaith.com, the Message Boards, the Challenge Central if you want to join in!! | Psalm 86 is such a lovely song of lament, asking God for help and guidance. As I read through it several times, the line "give your strength to your servant" began to stand out to me. I was drawn to the…
