Crispy baked coconut almond chicken tenders with apricot dipping sauce. Tried 1/10/2015. I had to do some guessing as the link seems to not have all of the instructions (and the original link no longer exists on ivillage). I won't make this again. They were just okay. 4 or 5/10.
