Roasted squash and apple: Dice and chop butternut, zuchini and crook neck squash and one tart apple. Put in bowl, drizzle a couple Tblsp olive oil around the sides. Sprinkle, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic salt and few splashes of worchestershire sauce on. Toss till coated. Toss onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spread out evenly. Roast 450 degrees for 20 mins, turn veggie mix over, reduce heat to 350 and cook another 10 (can add parm cheese here)...Delish!
