Trailer Park Peach Cobbler... Large can of peaches. 1 'tube' of biscuit dough of choice. Up to a cup of sugar to taste. Cinnamon. Nutmeg. Ginger. Tear up all but three biscuits into small pieces. Some layer biscuits work well for this. Mix all the ingredients but the last 3 biscuits in a buttered casserole dish. Cover the mess with stretched bits or layers from the last 3 biscuits. Bake 20 minutes at 400. Or so. Keep an eye on it until you got it down.
