Frozen Strawberry Crunch Cake. The frozen cake is a creamy whipped filling with cream cheese, sugar and lemon. Adding the fresh strawberries gives it a light flavor and crunchy texture. It's a very unique dessert because it’s not really ice cream and it’s not cake either … it’s a frozen dessert.
12 crushed strawberries on bottom of 13x9. Sprinkle strawberry jello on top. Cover with 3 cups mini marshmallows and prepared yellow cake mix. Bake 350 40-50 mins. Turn upside down on cookie sheet. YUMMMMM!
