Controlling ripping out rows to fix a mistake.....Adding a Lifeline Later  This works Great!! I tried it with a "fuzzy yarn" project, following the directions to lay it flat when pulling out the rows. I was able to correct the mistake I'd made 10 rows back and save the project. Yay!!

The trick is, if you're knitting stripes and ribbing at the same time, to knit every stitch the first row, then go back to the ribbing on subsequent rows. Ta da! No dashes mucking up your stripey stripes..
