Garlic Curry Chicken Nuggets with Farmers Market StirFry: chunk up a boneless skinless chicken breast, dip in eggs, then shake in a plastic bag with Panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, curry powder, sea salt, peppercorn & red pepper flakes. Put into wok, turn when browned, then add green peppers, onions, mushrooms. When it's almost done add grape tomatoes & serve :-)

Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken with Lemon Garlic StirFry: Season chicken breast with lemon pepper seasoning and bake at 400 for 18 min. While baking cook Udon Noodles in boiling water and steam veggies. I chose broccoli, mushrooms, yellow & orange peppers and red peppers. Combined veggies, drained noodles, olive oil, minced garlic, squeezed lemon and cilantro. Tossed and topped with lemon zest.
Broiled Salmon w/ Blueberry Cilantro Salsa, Steamed Asparagus & Mashed Cauliflower: brushed salmon w/ grapeseed oil, cracked sea salt and peppercorns plus a coriander. salsa is blueberries, grape tomatoes, red pepper, red onion, lime juice, honey and fresh cilantro. steam cauliflower, then put in food processor with a little butter, salt, pepper, garlic, cilantro and shredded cheese. steam asparagus.
