Coconut Crusted Honey Lime Chipotle Cod with Roasted Basil Kohlrabi, Asparagus, and Green Onion and a Honey Chioptle dipping sauce: Marinate Cod in mixture of lime juice, honey, chipotle sauce, cilantro, salt & garlic powder. Before baking sprinkle with coconut flakes & lime zest. Bake at 400 for 10 min. For veggies chop, mix with EVOO, fresh basil, salt and pepper. Bake at 450 for 45 min. Mix some chipotle sauce with honey for dipping fish.
