Bush Bean ‘Italian Romano’ A stringless bean with flat, medium-green pods 15 cm long with a meaty texture and excellent flavour. Beans hold well on the plant without becoming tough. Very disease resistant and productive. Although these are bush beans, they can have a strange reaction to insufficient sunlight or constant overcast weather and start to turn into climbers. All beans were originally climbers and may revert if conditions don't suit them, such as not enough sunlight.
