Teriyaki sauce: 2 tbsp sake, ¼ cup mirin (sweet Japanese Rice wine), ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp light brown sugar, 2 tsp grated fresh ginger, 4 sliced spring onions, white part only. Whisk it all together and use as marinade or cook down for thicker sauce.
Greek Marinated Chicken-Yummy! Had it for dinner, then cut it up and put the leftovers on my lunch salad. Just as good cold! I will add a little less lemon next time. This one is definitely going in the rotation!
