Kale pesto..., 2 cups packed kale leaves (remove tough stems) blanch for 1-2 min. 1/2 cup of nuts, 3 cloves of garlic 1/4 parmasen cheese 3 Tbsp olive oil, good pinch of sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. When preparing bok choy, cut the stalks from the base; rinse well to remove any dirt. Cut the leaves and stalks into bite-size pieces. Baby bok choy can be cooked whole, halved or quartered.
