Individual Whole Peach Pies (Makes 4) 1 store bought or homemade pie crust (I used Trader Joe's frozen pie crust) 4 small to medium very ripe peaches, halved and pit removed (if they are too large they may not fit in muffin tin) 4 heaping teaspoons honeycomb 1 egg 4 teaspoons turbinado sugar
Inside out carrot cake muffins. These were really good, but I'm still working on the texture. My batter was much thicker than in the photos. The second time I made them, I added an extra egg, which helped, but they were still obviously a little more cakey and less fluffy. Still, the flavour was perfect, so I'm going to keep tweaking.
