Slow Cooker Ham & White Beans - My tweaks: I used cubed ham sauteed with 1 large diced onion, 3 carrots cut into rounds, 2 stalks of sliced celery, and 4 cloves of garlic until veggies were soft, then tossed in crockpot with beans. Added chicken base, used BOILING water, & cooked on HIGH, not low (see comments after post). Delicious!
