"THE BLOOMSBURY BITTER" inspired by  frothy summer wheat beers created by Luke Redington, Sydney, Australia  INGREDIENTS:   1 3/4 oz Tanqueray No. TEN  1 oz fresh white grapefruit juice  1 oz Lager syrup  3/4 oz Amaro  1/2 oz honey water  Egg white    PREPARATION:  Shake all ingredients w/ ice in cocktail shaker. The Lemon Poppy  1 oz Bluecoat Gin  1 oz Limoncello  0.5 oz Amaro Abano  0.25 oz lemon juice  0.5 oz simple syrup  1 dash Orange bitters

1 oz Bluecoat Gin 1 oz Limoncello oz Amaro Abano oz lemon juice oz simple syrup 1 dash Orange bitters Shake ingredients well with cracked ice and double strain into a coupe.

Recipe: Pressure Drop - 1 1/2 oz Ransom Old Tom Gin, 3/4 oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy, 3/4 oz Amaro, 1/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth, Couple dashes of Angostura bitters and my house made Pick Me Up Bitters, Garnish with an orange twist... Place all ingredients in a mixing glass except the garnish. Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

A ginger-orange drink made of SNAP, light rum, Green Chartreuse, orange juice, and molasses bitters.

Absinthe Frappé:  1 1/2 ounces absinthe

1 ounce heavy cream

3/4 ounce lime juice

3/4 ounce simple syrup.

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add cracked ice and shake hard for 20 seconds. Pour it all into a highball glass and serve with a straw.

Yield: 1 drink.

Nail in the Coffin: This spirit-forward cocktail from San Francisco’s Dirty Habit combines Italian bitter amaro and Portuguese wine with Japanese whisky and Spanish liqueur.

Inferno e Paradiso  1 1/2 oz reposado tequila.  1/2 oz honeydew juice.  1/2 oz  cucumber juice.  1/4 oz lime juice.  1/2 oz Lillet Blanc.  1/2 oz simple syrup.  Couple dashes of salt.  Slice of jalapeno (not a small slice, if you're me).  8 leaves of cilantro.  Muddle the jalapeno, cilantro, and simple syrup. Add the rest and shake with ice. Double strain into chilled glass and garnish with cilantro, or, if you're me, more jalapeno.
