Be discerning when invited into discussions with people. If they are close-minded to what you have to say, and have the answer on the tip of their tongue before you even finish asking your question, then it is better for you not to enter such discussion in the first place. Use your time wisely, there is only so much of it you have in a day. This is a great quote. As I am put in groups for business projects, I try to remember this simple fact. Everyone is a genius. Everyone also has different strengths. Remember this and learn to love and respect people for their various strengths rather than judging them for not being good at something in particular.
