I've been looking for a delicious, easy, thick hot chocolate recipe ala "Chocolat," and here it is.  No heavy cream or baking chocolate... just milk, cocoa, sugar, and cornstarch.  I added a dash of salt and a splash of vanilla.  Other possibilities: peppermint extract, orange peel, cinnamon, chili powder, etc....
